Corridor Psycology
Published by Adam on 13.3.08 at 11:50 AM Sitting here, at the computer in the picture, I look out of the window into the corridor and I'm fascinated by what I see. I can't hear anything but people's body language and hand movements, their eye contact and clothing fascinate me. Why is he motioning like a tube? What the heck is he talking about? Is she waving at me? Why don't they want to look at each other?
Every single person tells a story, every nod and view and look. I smile at someone as they walk past and they nod back, a boy winks at a girl. A teacher taps on the shoulder of a student and then spills a little bit of her coffee. Someone leans over to touch a leg or to stretch their arms. I love this.
People watching is the most interesting spectator sport. Everywhere is an arena.
